Oddny Edwards, Nordic cook, educator on foraging, mindful eater
Oddny’s passions revolve around foraging to explore what is edible from nature in a mindful way. She recently taught workshops at a MindfulThinking@Play mother and child retreat, in which one mother commented after, that her child was less fussy about food. Oddny’s passion for food also extends to cooking award-winning Nordic and Icelandic cuisine (a nod to her heritage) and in minimising waste. She teaches in a fun, quirky and captivating way which transcends across all ages.
